Registering a New Baby
If one parent or both parents are Australian citizens whose child was born in Singapore, you can apply for a Certificate of Citizenship by Descent for the child from the Department of Immigration at Level 2 of the Australian High Commission.
Once this certificate has been issued, you can apply for a passport for the child from the Consular Section on Level 1.
