The Australian High Commission is the official representative of the Australian Government in Singapore. We provide a range of services directly to the public in the form of consular, passports, citizenship, immigration and media and cultural relations activities and services. We also act on behalf of various Australian Government authorities by representing Australia's interests to local, regional and multilateral government and business organisations in Singapore.

AIRPORT STYLE SECURITY SCREENING IS IN PLACE AT THE AUSTRALIAN HIGH COMMISSION. CAMERAS, CAMERA PHONES AND LAPTOP COMPUTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES.
THERE IS NO PUBLIC PARKING AT THE AUSTRALIAN HIGH COMMISSION. THE NEAREST PARKING FACILITY IS AT GLEANEAGLES HOSPITAL OR THE BOTANIC GARDENS.

Please note: immigration and visa telephone enquiries are only taken from 2:30pm to 4:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Opening hours
The chancery building is open to the public 8:30am to 4:50pm, Monday to Friday. Visitors will need to bring photo ID as this is required to enter the building.
Please note: the Immigration Section is open 9:00am to 12:00noon. Many tourist and business visas can now be issued online.
